Some services on smmhub carry a refill window; others do not. The badge is short, but it is a precise term — worth two minutes to understand before you order.
What a refill window covers
A refill window is a period after delivery during which drops are restored. If you ordered 5,000 followers, delivery completed, and the count later falls below what was delivered while the window is open, you can request a refill and the missing units are re-delivered. It restores the delivered quantity; it does not extend or repeat the order.
What it does not cover
Refill applies to drops on the delivered service, within the stated window, on the same link. It is not a general re-run, and it cannot restore counts a platform hides or removes from public display. If a service shows no refill term at all, drops on that service are not covered — the absence of the badge is the policy.
Refill vs. refund
The two are separate mechanisms. Refunds are about delivery: if an order ends canceled or partially delivered, the undelivered portion returns to your USD wallet automatically, no ticket needed. Refill is about retention after successful delivery. A service without a refill window still refunds under-delivery like any other.
How to request one
Open the order in your dashboard and request the refill there, or use action=refill through the API — refill_status tracks the request. Either path lands in the same queue.
