One balance, held in USD
Your wallet is denominated in US dollars. Prices around the site can be displayed in other currencies for readability, but billing settles in USD — the displayed conversion is a courtesy, not a second balance. One unit for every charge, refund, and top-up keeps the numbers comparable.

The ledger
Every movement on the wallet — top-ups, order charges, refunds — is a line item in your dashboard ledger. Nothing changes the balance without appearing there, which turns end-of-campaign reconciliation into a read-through rather than a reconstruction.
Automatic refunds
If an order is canceled or ends partially delivered, the undelivered portion returns to your wallet automatically; orders that cannot be submitted are resolved by staff. The refund appears in the ledger like any other line item.
