1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of smmhub.io and any related dashboards, APIs, or sub-domains we operate ("Service"). By creating an account, placing an order, or sending a single API call, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business and the words "you" and "your" refer to that business.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to maintain an account. The Service is built for marketing professionals, agencies, and creators — not for minors.
You may not use the Service if you are subject to comprehensive sanctions or are otherwise legally prohibited from doing business with us in your jurisdiction.
3. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API key, and 2FA tokens confidential. Activity initiated with valid credentials is treated as authorised.
Notify us immediately at /contact if you suspect unauthorised access. We will lock the account and rotate keys; we cannot reverse charges that completed before the report.
4. What we deliver
We deliver social engagement campaigns — followers, likes, views, comments, watch hours and similar — across supported platforms. The catalog evolves; specific services may be added, paused, or retired without notice.
Quantity, start time, and refill window are stated next to every service before you submit. We treat those parameters as the binding service description.
5. Wallet, top-ups & charges
The Service operates on a prepaid wallet. You top up by card, crypto, PayPal, or supported regional methods. Funds appear in your wallet within minutes of confirmed payment.
Each order debits the wallet at the price displayed at submission time. If a service price changes mid-flight, your order is delivered at the price you locked in.
Bonus credits (deposit bonuses, promo codes) are non-withdrawable: they can be spent on services but cannot be cashed out.
6. Refills & refunds
For services marked with a refill term, we will top up dropped engagement at no charge for the entire stated window — typically lifetime, 365 days, or 60 days.
For services that fail to start or stall mid-delivery, we automatically refund the unfulfilled portion to your wallet. Wallet refunds are usable instantly. Card or crypto chargebacks are not the correct path: contact us first and we will resolve it within one business day.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in violation of any platform's Terms of Service, applicable laws, or our Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/aup.
Specifically prohibited: targeting accounts that are not yours or your client’s, using the Service for harassment, hate speech, doxxing, election interference, child exploitation, or to manipulate financial markets.
8. API use
The smmhub HTTP API is provided for programmatic order placement, status checks, and reporting. Reasonable rate limits apply (default: 240 requests / minute / key); abusive usage may result in throttling or key revocation.
Resellers may use our API to power their own panels under the rules in your dashboard, but you must not misrepresent smmhub as the upstream provider — your end users buy from you, not from us.
9. Intellectual property
All software, design, copy, and brand assets are owned by smmhub or our licensors. The Service is licensed to you, not sold. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or republish our catalog as your own.
You retain ownership of any links, accounts, or content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that engagement will produce a specific business outcome (sales, audience growth, monetisation eligibility) — that depends on factors outside our control.
We do not control third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and are not liable for their actions, including suspensions or algorithm changes that affect delivered orders.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud signals, chargebacks, or use that endangers our infrastructure or our fulfilment systems.
You may close your account at any time from /dashboard/settings. Wallet balances on closed accounts can be refunded to the original payment method on request, less any fees.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on your invoices. Disputes will first be attempted in good faith via /contact; if unresolved within 30 days, they will proceed to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
