Refund Policy

When you get a refund, how fast it lands, and the small handful of cases where we cannot help. Wallet-first because it is instant — payment-method refunds available on request.

1. Our principles

Refunds are part of the product, not a fight. If we did not deliver what you paid for, you get the money back — automatically where possible, otherwise inside one business day.

Wallet-first because it's instant: a credit lands the moment our system confirms a non-delivery or partial delivery, and you can spend it on the next order without waiting for a card or bank to settle.

2. Automatic refunds

These cases trigger an instant wallet credit without you having to ask:

  • The order failed to start within the service's stated start window (e.g., 24h for slow services, 1h for express).
  • The order completed with less than 100% of the requested quantity. We refund the missing portion at the original per-unit rate.
  • The service was retired or the platform changed in a way that made delivery impossible mid-order.
  • The system detected duplicate charges from the same idempotency key.

3. On-request refunds

Open a ticket from /dashboard/tickets or message us via /contact in the following situations and we'll process inside one business day:

  • You ordered the wrong service or pasted the wrong link, and the order has not started yet.
  • A drop occurred outside the refill window of a service that does not have a refill guarantee.
  • You experienced a billing error (over-charge, charge after a successful refund).

4. Wallet credit vs. payment-method refund

Default refund destination is your wallet because it is instant and reusable. If you prefer the money back on the original payment method, ask in the ticket and we will issue it — note that card and bank refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Crypto payments are refunded to wallet by default; reverse on-chain refunds are available on request to the same address that funded the deposit.

5. Bonus credits and promo codes

Bonus balance from deposit promotions or promo codes is non-refundable to your payment method. It can be spent on services or refunded to wallet only.

When a refunded order was paid for with a mix of real funds + bonus credit, we restore both portions in their original ratio.

6. What is not eligible

A handful of edge cases fall outside the refund policy:

  • Orders that were delivered as ordered, even if the engagement did not produce the business outcome you hoped for. We deliver the service description, not a guaranteed result.
  • Drops on services that explicitly carry no refill guarantee — those are priced lower precisely because the risk sits with the buyer.
  • Orders cancelled by the platform target (post deleted, account set to private, account banned) after delivery began. We refund the undelivered portion only.
  • Disputes opened with the payment provider before reaching out to us. Once a chargeback is filed, the funds are locked at the provider and we can only respond through their dispute system.

7. How to request

Open /dashboard/tickets, choose the order from the dropdown, and add what happened. Or use /contact and include the order ID. We typically respond within an hour during business days; refunds are typically processed in the same response.

8. Changes

We will tighten or loosen this policy occasionally. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
