1. Why this exists
We sell engagement that looks and behaves like the real thing because it is delivered through accounts that look and behave like real users. The only way to keep that quality is to refuse the use cases that would burn it down.
This policy is non-negotiable. Violations get accounts suspended on first signal, with no refund of the wallet balance held against the violation.
2. What we allow
You may use the Service for any of the following:
- Growing an account or piece of content that you own, manage, or are explicitly contracted to grow.
- Reselling our catalog through your own panel, provided your end-customers see your brand and your support — not ours.
- Running A/B experiments to compare engagement strategies on your own posts.
- Bootstrapping a launch with social proof, then transitioning to organic growth.
3. What we prohibit
You may not use the Service to do or facilitate any of the following. The list is not exhaustive — when in doubt, ask /contact before submitting.
- Targeting accounts you do not own or have written permission to grow.
- Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, stalking, threats of violence, or coordinated bullying.
- Disinformation campaigns about elections, public health, science, or live news events.
- Content that sexually exploits minors, depicts real-life violence, or promotes self-harm.
- Promotion of regulated goods to audiences that cannot legally buy them (gambling to minors, alcohol where prohibited, prescription drugs to consumers, etc.).
- Manipulation of financial markets — pumping share prices, NFT floors, or token charts.
- Bypassing a platform's safety systems (e.g., evading shadow-bans, ban-evading on a freshly-suspended account).
- Mass DM, mass tagging, mass comment-spamming on accounts that have not asked for it.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, or republishing the smmhub catalog as your own without our written consent.
4. Platform Terms of Service
You are responsible for reading and following the Terms of Service of every platform you target. Some platforms forbid paid engagement entirely; some allow it within limits; some are silent. We surface what we know in service descriptions, but the final responsibility sits with you.
We will pause services on a platform that updates its rules in a way that risks user accounts. When that happens, in-flight orders are refunded automatically.
5. Security & abuse
You may not probe, scan, or stress-test the Service or its API beyond reasonable use. Penetration testing is welcome — but coordinate with security@smmhub.io first.
Don't share your API key in public repositories. If you accidentally publish one, rotate it immediately from /dashboard/settings — we will not refund unauthorised orders that ran on a leaked key.
6. Enforcement
Violations are handled at our discretion, generally in this order: warning, account pause for review, full suspension. For severe violations (illegal content, fraud rings, payment abuse) we skip directly to suspension and report to law enforcement when required.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the suspension email with context. We re-review within one business day.
7. Changes
When platforms change, this policy changes. We post material updates in the dashboard and email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
