Lifetime refill, explained: what counts and what doesn't

A precise read of our refill policy — when it triggers, when it doesn't, and the reason both lines exist.

Every promise comes with edges. Lifetime refill is no exception, and we'd rather you understand the edges than learn them at 3am the day a campaign goes live.

The promise: on services marked LIFETIME REFILL, if your delivered units drop below the original quantity at any point — week one or year three — we top them up automatically, at the price you originally paid, with no ticket required.

The edge: refill replaces drops. It doesn't extend campaigns. If you ordered 10,000 followers, drops down to 9,400, we ship 600 to bring you back to 10,000. We do not ship 11,000 in total. The math is conservative on purpose so the policy is sustainable forever.

Refill only applies to drops, never to algorithmic invisibility. If a platform hides counts (TikTok did this for likes briefly in 2025) we cannot detect a drop that the platform itself isn't reporting. We document each platform's count visibility quirks on the service page so there are no surprises.

And refill is always free. We will never ask you to pay for a refill on a service that promised it. If anyone in the SMM space tells you that's industry-standard, ask them why we do it differently.
